Age, does it really matter?
I am 42 years old and generally look for people between the age of 25 - 55 but does age really matter so long they are of legal age? I used to think so but now I am not sure so long as you have things in common and find yourself attracted to them. Currently I am communicating with a 20 year old woman and a 58 year old couple. They are all very attractive to me and feel the same about me. So what is age, just a number right.
(Men) 5 years either way
(Men) 10 years either way
(Men) Age does not matter
(Woman) I only date my age or a few years older
(Woman) I like younger men
(Woman) I like older men

 A lot of young guys are not mature enough for me. That's why I try to date only older men.

I agree, I find that to be true with younger woman as well. But every once in a while a young woman comes along that seems very mature and it changes my perspective for the moment.

 Generally speaking, I prefer men to be at least 30, and less than 50. That's because by 30 they will hopefully have matured emotionally and also learned a bit about sex (and stamina); and by 50 I find they are far too old for me in attitude and (how shallow am I?!) looks. Also, they are not likely to be hung up about the fact that I don't have the body of a 20 year old.

I object to the guys in their early 20s who want to use me as a learning curve. I want someone who reflects the kid of age I feel I am, so that generally means 30-40 ish.

Mind you, I'm going to a wedding in May where I know there will be a single and very fit 22 year old French guy with whom I have previously exchanged nothing more than interested looks. I'm extremely tempted to take him for a test drive.

 Seeing a man now who's 41. At first the age bothered me. But he's very mature and has me hooked.
